Entheobreath

Entheobreath? What's that?

The term "entheo" originates from the Greek "entheos," meaning "divinely inspired," "possessed by a god," or "full of the god."  In ancient Greece, this described the state of artists and poets believed to channel divine influence.  Entheobreath, a practice employing connected breathing, aims to tap into the subconscious for trauma healing, fostering mental clarity and facilitating personal progress.

What to Expect from an EntheoBreath Session


  • Welcome and Introduction: We'll begin by getting to know each other and creating a safe and comfortable space for your journey.
  • Explanation of Breathwork: I will explain the specific breathing technique we'll be using and how it can facilitate a deep inner experience.
  • Demonstration of Techniques: I'll guide you through some of the breathing and bodywork techniques we may utilize during the session.
  • Intention Setting: We'll take some time to discuss and set your intentions for the session. What do you hope to explore or gain from this experience?
  • Breathwork Journey: You will then embark on a 60-minute breathwork journey, accompanied by carefully curated music designed to support your experience.
  • Rest and Integration: After the breathwork, you'll have time to rest and integrate your experience.
  • Sharing and Reflection: We'll come together to share our experiences and explore any insights or emotions that arose during the session.


Breathing Technique and Its Benefits The specific breathing technique is designed to:

  • Increase Oxygen Flow: By consciously controlling your breath, you can increase the amount of oxygen flowing to your brain and body, leading to a heightened state of awareness.
  • Activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System: Deep, rhythmic breathing can calm the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety.
